About me

Hi, I’m Janice—a second-generation Korean-American, born and raised under the golden sun of Southern California. My path has taken me from being an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist to stepping into my heart’s calling as a Life Coach in the CARE professional space. Whenever life calls for a moment of stillness or a deeper connection, I’m often drawn to the ocean—it always has a way of soothing my soul and bringing me back to center.

I’ve come to see life as a beautiful "Lego" set, with each experience offering a piece of who we truly are. As we gather and reconnect those pieces, we find the power to live authentically, with purpose and passion. I’m here to walk alongside you as you rediscover your own missing pieces and embrace the most authentic version of yourself.
