About me

Hi, I’m Janice—a Professional Coach, Career & Life Transition Specialist, and second-generation Korean-American based in Southern California.

My work sits at the intersection of professional development and personal clarity—because in my experience, career growth isn’t just about strategy. It’s about alignment.

I began my career as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, where I supported individuals in understanding patterns, behaviors, and emotional dynamics. Over time, I noticed that many people weren’t just seeking healing—they were trying to navigate important transitions in their careers and lives with more clarity, confidence, and direction.

That realization led me to this work.

Today, as a professional heart centered coach, I partner with thoughtful, high-capacity individuals who feel at a crossroads—whether they’re navigating a career transition, stepping into leadership, or reevaluating what success means to them.

What often gets in the way isn’t a lack of capability—it’s a lack of internal alignment.

That’s where I focus.

I help clients develop what I call Coherent Inner Authority™—the ability to make clear, grounded decisions where your thinking, values, emotions, and direction are aligned. This becomes especially important in moments of growth, visibility, and change, where external expectations can easily override your internal clarity.

Through career clarity coaching, leadership development, and personal development work, we create space to step back, assess what’s working, and intentionally move forward.
